Therefore all shipping costs if any and regulations are based on their country/state/regional laws.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Although most of our vendors have warehouses located throughout the USA. Some vendors ship directly from their country. Shipping times will vary because of this and many other factors. For example: Weather, Political situations, Wars, Mechanical issues, Customs, etc. Therefore please be cautious and aware of this and allow some extended time for your product to arrive before canceling or requesting a refund on your order.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
Because of the nature of most of our products and how they are labeled for personal care. We do not in most cases accept any returns or do refunds on those products. Any exceptions will be made by the vendors. Exceptions: Unopened items found to be broken during shipping. (Example: box clearly sounds like broken glass or is severely crushed) In this case please record yourself inspecting the package and then opening it to confirm the damage. follow the return policy instructions. For personal care products to be returned they can not have been opened at all per the health regulatory laws of the United States. If returns are accepted you will be given return instructions and a refund of a determined price or full refund will then be issued within the respected time according to the vendor return policy and guidelines.
